1account provides multi-currency invoicing and income tracking software for independent professionals. The Service allows you to create invoices, track payments, manage clients, and view financial reports.

The Service offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 1account and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create (invoices, client data).
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons with reasonable notice when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1account shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
